Terms of Service

The service

Sales X Suite is software provided by Crewative Company LLC to businesses for running their sales operation. Access is granted per organization, and each organization's data is isolated from every other.

Accounts

An organization's admin invites its team and controls who has access. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity of the accounts you create.

Acceptable use

You may use Sales X to communicate with your own leads and customers, about your own business. You may not use it to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate another business or person, or to operate a general-purpose assistant unrelated to your business.

You are responsible for obtaining consent where the law requires it to contact people on each channel. Call recording is covered in its own section below.

Call recording and consent

Sales X records, transcribes and analyzes calls only when a member of your organization starts the Copilot on a call. Your organization is solely responsible for informing every participant that the call is recorded and transcribed, and for obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to each call, including all-party consent where it applies. You may do this through your video platform's recording notice (for example Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams), in the meeting invitation, or otherwise.

Crewative Company LLC does not obtain consent on your behalf and does not verify it. Your organization will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Crewative Company LLC against any claim, fine or cost arising from a recording made through your organization's account without the notice or consent the law requires.

Your organization's admin accepts this section, with the version and date recorded, when creating the organization or when accepting an updated version of these terms.

Artificial intelligence

Suggestions, summaries, scores and drafts produced by the assistant are assistance, not advice, and may be wrong. A person on your team remains responsible for what is sent and for what is decided.

Your data

The data your organization brings in remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You may request export or deletion at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and monitored, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned changes to production go through staged deploys with a documented rollback.

Changes and termination

These terms may change; material changes are communicated to organization admins. Either side may end the relationship, and on termination you may request export of your data before deletion.
